I don’t know if I’d ever skate in them (not an unusual statement with me and shoes anymore, to be honest) but they all look like properly nice chillers.
The only time I’ve seen somebody skate in a pair of Cortez was Mark Johnson in an Emerica tour video in 2001.
Has anyone experienced this with Last Resorts? The rubber around the outsole is peeling off in a really thin layer all around the shoe.
It looks horrible, like it’s shedding skin. I’m not sure if it’s a layer that’s meant to be there or if it’s a problem with the rubber
Wanna watch those bad boys don’t slither off when you’re not looking.
This has happened with some half cab tapes I’ve got
Looks a bit shit but doesn’t really bother me tbh
I had it a really, really minimal amount with some Vans slip-ons by the time they were pretty much done. I think it’s caused by whatever is used to finish/put into the compound of the sole and give it a glossy/shiny look.
Zero’s and went half a size up.
I’d say whoever ramboed those laces is the most fucked up
And these are the shoes you’re all spaffing about?
Well he did say that he couldn’t skate vulc shoes once, then he had a vulc pro model with Emerica and then he joined Vans
As the collective average age on this forum edges further towards mid-40s, “dads mowing the lawn on Sunday” shoes will become more and more popular. It’s ineveitable
Reynolds has been on Vans what, 2 years? Even less? And he’s constantly put out footage throughout that period, he’s been doing as much as an active over 40 pro can do. Surely they can’t have booted him.
Maybe he just had a short contract and NB offered him more
Any sizing advice for Last Resort AB shoes? Size up, size down?
@neddy ? You got some didn’t you?
If I get other pair I’d try going up - maybe even a half if that’s an option.
Little toe killers for me.
I went half size down. But wish I’d just got my normal size.
