I’m sure I have told this story before, but Stevie Williams gave me this exact pair of shoes in exchange for filming Lenny Rivas doing some tricks on the indoor WH Smiths rail in Birmingham.
It was after the DGK x RBK team did a demo at Epic/Creation skatepark in Moseley. I think Lev was TM’ing them at the time.
After the demo, we showed some of the guys around and went street skating in town.
Originally Stevie said to hold onto the clips and they would send me some money when they got back to America. I said nah just give me a couple of boards for the tape Stevie. When we got back to the tour buses, the one with all the boards had left for Bristol. So all they had were these fucking monstrosities for me! 
Stevie brought a body guard into town with him who would look after his diamond encrusted tech deck chain whilst he skated. So funny!

Best approach for washing a couple pairs of shoes?

Only way i know is taking the laces off and outing them in a pillow case in the washing machine. Low heat. Low spin.

Irony being I’ve never seen the clips from that trip anywhere so at least the world would of seen it.
