I went and looked assuming that I’d buy at least one pair.

Bought the slip cups for my brother. The colour is great, but that OJ logo could have been positioned somewhere more tastefully.

Funny that they took them to a skatepark to take their photo.

Little out of office excursion, why not?

To be fair - me too now you’ve said it

In the wild!

I’ve seen them on people’s feet and everything, it’s horrible.

Seen a pair of the Berrics ones IRL on someone’s feet.

Was this a surf-cum-skateshop? Cos Cariumas next to a Globe complete in the shop window is ringing serious alarm bells!

There’s a guy who frequents the coffee/record shop downstairs from our office wearing them and I swear he knows that I know I’m looking at them in disgust.

I know this has been covered on the fashion police thread but I had closer look at those Kenzo Jason Lee shoes, the marketing isn’t just what you could call ‘inspired by’ skating in my opinion:

Its name pays tribute to the internationally renowned skate spot located in the grounds of the Palais de Tokyo – the DÔME, a Parisian skateboarding landmark.

Clarke/Abloh’s LV shoe was at least a bit different to that DC model (the Spectre?) it was drawn from as were the Lanvin and Under Armour D3’s but that is just complete theft from Kenzo and the marketing is all skateboarding!

I need to uninstall Instagram again…
