Classics are just that, classics. Not my cup of tea. Pretty much all my mates that are plumbers and that were fixtures in the pub ran these.
Reebok is just a lame company. Everything they ‘invented’ is shit. The Reebok Pump ffs. They did aerobics shoes. They’re on par with LA Gear.
Yeah the Classic might be popular with plumbers in the pub but then so is scratching your arse and smelling your fingers.
I remember before they were “classic” pretty sure they were depicted in the catalogues with some fluro Mad lizzie aerobics peeps. Cool as shit.

I liked it when DVS did the Prophet shoe, which was basically a Reebok Classic rip-off. Rode loads of pairs of them.

I remember they used to look normal for about week but then the shape of the whole shoe would completely go.
Same with Clarks wallabees, suddenly they relax and they go from looking fresh as fuck to actual cornish pasties on your feet

Nah they can stay good but it’s totally hit or miss. I can tell now which ones are gonna be good and which ones bad before I take them home from the shop. It’s all in the toe.

Sneaker Freaker (I think) once did a feature on the footprints most often found at UK crime scenes (although would Sneaker Freaker have done a piece on UK crime? I don’t know). 95s won it.

A mate at work does the video content, wanted me to dress up as a giant shrimp for a video he’s doing and sold it to me with “You’ll need some orange shoes, so you can get some shoes out of it on expenses!” so I agreed and started looking for orange skate shoes and sent him some links, £32 being the cheapest, some DC Evan Smith’s “Too expensive, I’ll just order you some…”

Only they’re not Nike… They’re moody Venbu’s off eBay… I think they were £12 so I’m guessing they’re not going to be quite the same quality!
A girl fresh out of college has just started as my apprentice this week, then next week I’m dressing up as a shrimp in some moody Nikes in her first trip out the office, I have a feeling any respect she has for me is quickly going to dissapate.
