He says he didn’t buy them, his mate did for him to wear once for dress up. I think he was hoping to get some usable shoes out of the deal only to be forced upon with these cheap abominations.

There was no mention of cost, he just said I could get some shoes, I was stoked, turns out most brands do orange shoes, DC, Lakai, Adidas, Nike SB, even tried to push some OG Accels as Orange… he just kept saying they were too expensive and then finally said the budget was £20, I don’t know what world he lives in getting shoes for £20 but next thing I know he’s ordered the Venbu’s and I’m gonna be a giant shrimp with fake Nikes on…

That logo looks like a shrimp anyway, pretty well suited. I think fake shoes is the least of your embarrassing problems.

They can’t be real? What did the people on the factory floor think when making these? I imagine a few might have asked their supervisor if the plans were correct.
I googled ‘big orange shoes’ and they came up near the top. I think they are real.

If anyone’s got small feet, the Vans outlet store at Cheshire Oaks has a ton of the Kyle Walker pro for like £40. Only size 9 or below sadly which was frustrating. Thought I’d found a bargain
If they’re selling them cheap you can probably get them for something similar in your local skater owned skateshop. Or a mail order skater owned skateshop.
When I had the shop I went to the Vans outlet in Portsmouth, where they had ridiculous deals, £12 a pair with buy one get one half price, so £9 a pair essentially, instead of getting pissed off I bought a load of stock, sold them through at 35-40, skaters got a bargain, I got a way better profit margin than if I’d have got them from Vans themselves…
