Shoes

No way that Michael Fabricant is called Neil Shoemaker.

Maybe he got the job because of his name? That would explain this monstrosity.

Apart from the horrible guitar solo running throughout the entire video, just about everything there looked like a Nike production, and even that yellow colour looks like Nike Volt.

His first ones started at £90+ and they’re a lot cheaper than that pretty much everywhere now and even though some have warned that they’re just a bit too thin I still want to give them a go.

He’s had a lot of shoes with them over the years so he must’ve made a crazy amount of money by now. I don’t see that stopping any time soon either, he’ll probably five more with them.

It’s also weird to me that you can get Rowley’s in JD Sports.

That AVE shoe looks like the sort of sketchers knock off from the bottom of the TK maxx shelf.

Yer man I paid £25 for that exact pair and £25 for an orange and black pair. I wore them for the first time in a year a few weeks ago and my feet are still fucked.

Honestly I’m never into tech stuff like that but they look so good, tried some on and feel amazing too, into the pointy toe. Went for the Palace safe cab lows instead tho. But still wanna skate the aves sometime.

I’m about to skate my 4th pair of AVEs in a row, best shoes I’ve ever skated in.

Durability is questionable though.

There was another Vans shoe that basically looked exactly like the first AVE and was significantly cheaper.

Wasn’t a specific skate model though… trying to find a photo of them but failing

Also, this looks like the love child of a three way tryst between the OG and slim accels, and the Koston 1s…

Anyone skated the Converse Louie Lopez? How thin are the soles? And do they fit tts?

I haven’t skated since I slammed on my arm back in August but it’s feeling ‘mostly’ healed now and I want to get back out and fancy some new shoes to go with my big comeback. I usually only skate cupsoles, so not sure if they’re going to be too thin for my old feet?

I had a buddy that skated a few pairs they always reminded me of a cupsole/vulc build so I wouldn’t say to thin not a bad looking shoe either personally never owned a pair though

I see the new Ishod’s are already reduced on the Nike site, what a great shock that is.

They get a fairly good review here even so:

I’m sure it lasts forever and helps you kickflip faster and higher but it looks stinking.

Not quite as ugly as the first colourways

But still pretty ugly.

Look super cheaply made but something new from globe that’s not the worst I’ve seen lately

I’m not even going to post the new Cariumas on here they are absolutely horrid
