Only ACGs I have at the moment are some ACG Zoom Merriweather which are absolutely amazing shoes.
Tried on the new updated NB 288 shoes today. Serious footwear. Absolute banger. Worth checking out if you like a cupsole.

I’m keen to try those. They look good, with the sockliner style and cupsole. I’m just not sure about their sizing. Had a few pairs and they were too small/tight for my feet. I heard they sorted that though.

The sizing is ok on these but personally I would still go half a size up unless you want a very snug fit for skating in.
*EDIT just for reference, I found the 440s too tight around the forefoot…these are perfect a half size up.
Yeah I tried NB Numerics too, you have to go half a size up (compared to Nikes)
I’ve been riding Accel Slim for the past couple of years, so I guess I’ll stick with them. Will definitely stick my feet in those NB if I see them in a skate shop to check them out.

I just got a pair of Vans AVE. For years I’ve avoided Vans because of durability issues but just lately they seem to have got their act together. These are breathable mesh with TPU reinforced suede and no exposed stitching in all the high wear areas. I tend to wear the toecaps of my shoes out first because of wearing pads and doing knee slides, but these stand up to repeated sliding on wood and smooth concrete. The sole is slim and grippy with good boardfeel.
I’m getting those as soon as I see them on sale somewhere.

I love 95s but not sure if I’m feeling these.

Loved the pair Stevie was wearing recently, look much better on foot.
I guess my Vans are going to the charity shop alongside my Mahabis.

As it happens I’ve got a pair of NB913 Westgates on the go. I keep those at home for weekend sessions and my new Vans at work with a second board and kit for weekdays. They’re excellent - really durable.
Have you tried Osiris I think you’d really like them.
