I love the 808 as a chiller but I’ve not been able to skate them due to the levels of chunk. Been on the 480 since they came out. So the 808L might a winner!

I gave up on my 808’s, they just wouldn’t break in. A slim sounds promising but I think I’ll stick to 508 and 600 for skating. Maybe check out the new Reynolds shoe when that comes out.

Lace loops are fine when it’s round laces.

I picked these up some years ago and only recently started wearing them for mincing about, simple enough design without over engineering the thing. Quite warm and make the feet sweat a little though.

Any idea when these are out? Just got dropped from Vans, kind of a blessing cos I can now skate comfy shoes I guess! So in the market for max comfort, good aesthetic but not Nike… Help!
