Adidas?
There was a few months in 2016 when I skated a few pairs of the all white matchcourt mids and did love them… At the moment though when I look at Adidas offering, I don’t think anything looks overly dope.
Similar time to the Reynolds pro model I think. Around April/May time.

The all brown Superstar mids are nice too although personally I’m not 100% on the strap.

Looks good in adidas though. Weird, he’s been on vans for 20 years, still churning out high level clips in his 40s and universally acknowledged as a grafter so why kick him off?

I wish Vans had supported Chris properly over the years.
Would have been nice to see him on adi or something back in the mid-2000s. Or anyone else, really.
He just was constantly overlooked.

Now I want some pro models.
Still have some I bought from that US store that was famous for selling adi’s, can’t remember the name now, must’ve been around 2001, got 2 pairs in all black.
Edit: even logged into my old yahoo email account to try to find the receipt only to find they’ve deleted all the emails up to 3 weeks ago
