My mum picked me up a pair of high top BK’s in a sale in Glasgow, nice to look at at the time but awful to wear. because they weren’t the “standard” all the wee dicks were wearing they kept telling me they were fakes

If it’s any consolation iirc Jeron Wilson said that he traded his new Jordans with a kid for a pair of British Knights when he was at school. If that’s not a recipe for instant regret I don’t know what is.

I dunno, the vm001 and vm002 are a nice stripped down shoe. If the quality was shit hot i would be more than happy to skate them.

I know people are designing the lace panels narrow so they rip less but every shoe of late looks like they are pre Rambo’d.

Watching Better Than Life as a teenager, Horsey cutting about in shoes like this with white skinny jeans, a tie-dye shirt and Lutzka-esque fedora; I’d never wanted to rip someone’s style off so much in my life.
Thankfully I never got the white skinny Krew jeans I kept asking my mum to order me from the Rollersnakes catalogue.
