Same here. Without realising it, I’ve gone full NB. 520s for running (indestructible), 21s for skating and 1010s for chilling.
I got some ASICS Gel NYC’s last summer and confirm they are comfy AF!
Ended up getting these.

My feet are pretty fucked from wearing vlucs so the 1010s feel so comfortable. I think it’s the Fantom Fit thing.

From personal experience, when it comes to comfy shoes, ASICS Gel Lyte Vs ftw.
I went through a phase of buying them and ended up with twenty odd pairs at one point.*
*edit: Just to be clear, I got into buying ‘stuff’ for a couple of years and I am well out of being into buying and accumulating ‘stuff’ these days. Not really a fan of ‘things’ tbh - sometimes I even have to convince myself to buy stuff I actually need. Quite happy to chip along with as little superfluous crap as possible now.
