He’s acting like a divorced ‘wine mom’ on Instagram. Posts himself in the stupidest outfits, falls in love with a girl half his age, she leaves him, he gets emotional and posts ‘inspirational quotes’, repeat.

Somebody was giving him a hard time for the age of the girls he likes, and he posted, ‘Age is just a number’. Proper creepy shit.

I thought we didn’t like him because of the strawberries in a salad.

Everything Build said and more.

He’s essentially one of those people that gloats about his success and how if he can make it through all his “hard work”, why can’t everyone.

Well Steve, you utter bellend, it’s called compounding effects you twat… you were successful in a different time period, in a much smaller field, you had numerous strokes of good fortune along the way (eg your shoe being made famous by everyone else) and funnily enough when you’re paid to do nothing but skate and ride dirt bikes and be a general California idiot man child, you have plenty of time to be “successful”. Obviously he worked hard as a pro, and does do a lot, but to have no humility about the luck of his situation is enough to make me want my money go anywhere else but his pocket.

I do remember for a while him going on about some 20 something who seemed to be in it for the exposure more than anything while I briefly followed him on Instaface

You have to give him his props for skating hard, inventing the cab and such. I do wonder if he hadn’t been part of such an elite ensemble of that time, with Hawk (one of the greatest vert skaters), McGill (the McTwist was probably the most iconic vert trick at the time) and Lance (the funny guy), ect and brilliantly marketed by Stacy if he’d have been so successful? He definitely had more than a few outside factors helping his career.

Dude clearly misunderstood when told, ‘You can bring your ho(e) to the gang photo if you want.’

He clearly thought they were getting the garden ready for the crip AGM and cook out.

I need some comfy shoes/trainers for everyday stuff and for things like standing up at length, like gigs etc.
I struggle with this, my heels feel shot, like the bones are coming through my heel if I stand for a long time. Also I have lumpy heel bones so I cannot do many types of shoe.

I went to the Mephisto shop in London yesterday because the Rainbows fit the bill, look good and the sole is comfy as hell. The sizing is bonkers and the heel could be a big problem with my weird heels. Thanks Jimo for posting about them ages, they have been on my radar to try for a long time but now I have tried them on, they may not work.

Any recommendations? or is it Ipath Cats and some special insoles?

Googled cheers.

Who was it that said they ordered some Cats from Blue Tomato?

Have you tried New Balance 990v6? I like the 580s which are on sale a lot and super squishy, but the 990v6 is probably the most comfortable shoe ever.
