Anyone tried the éS Contracts? I like the look of them but not sure if I can justify shelling out £70 on a pair of shoes if they are gonna fall apart real quick.
I’m currently skating some Wade Desarmo pro model accel mids I got in January sales and they have held up pretty well so hoping the contract is similarly durable.
Not tried them, but agree they look nice.

After some size 10s and I’m after the white Asta version, just seen Welcome have them on sale at £49.99 in the right size too, might have to get on that once I get paid.

Yep, I’ve had two pairs (blue ones and black ones).
Nice comfy shoe, the foamy sole is good as you can walk/skate in them all day and your feet don’t feel worn out.

they are like bricks but really light bricks, like those blocks for yoga. really stiff and chunky, totally different from what I thought from pics. I couldn’t skate in them personally. They don’t seem to be breaking in wearing them for a month at work.
Picked up some suede SB Checks the other day, for 30 something quid. Actually one of the comfiest skate shoes I’ve had, feels like a cup sole but looks vulc. Pleasantly surprised given the price. I might just keep getting those now.
Can anyone suggest something to replace halfcabs. I love em but the soles drop out.

Skating Half Cab Pros now and considering getting another pair, loving them.
I think you’ll be happy with Crockett 2s, their sole lasts longer and is a tad stiffer. Really good board feel though.

Yes, they’re great. I do slightly prefer the original Swift in terms of the shape, but that sole is so good.
Just got some of the LUX version from Decimal and they’re v sexy.
Tall statement but the 1st Es swifts are probably the best skate shoe i have had in 18 years of skating.
When we’re talking about original swifts is that the ones from like year before last as opposed to the 1.5s?

They had a smaller logo, the toe was longer and laces more on top of the foot.

I really like these too - loads more comfortable that the All Courts I tried.
I’m usually a strict black trainer with white sole type but, don’t tell anyone, I picked up a couple of pairs in colours that match my jumpers. #fashion
