Bizarrely you probably use barleycorns - itās a U.K./US shoe size. 1/3ā. Unless you use continental sizes, which are Paris Points, a fraction of the old French inch.

Most peopleās dicks are somewhere between a barleycorn (1/3ā) and a chain (a cricket pitch).

I was really happy - you can never tell what youāre going to be like after months off. Sometimes Iāve lost everything. Today it was like Iād never stopped. I got my wife to drop me and pick me up in case of injury - I didnāt want to end up like Ali Cairns. I didnāt go in from the top until she came back, but when she did I bailed the first two times going in, just to get the feel for it, then went for it. Great session!

I donāt think there actually is a metric shoe sizing system - Iāve never seen shoes sold in millimetres or centimetres. Generally the choice is the old British system and its American variant, or the old French system now used throughout Europe.
Pretty sure Japanās shoe sizing in metric.
