Just got back from my first BJJ comp, didn’t win but had a good time anyway getting matched up with some absolute units. Im now sitting waiting for a roast, fucking exhausted with a black eye but pretty stoked..

In Paris. First time I’ve left the UK in 2 years.
Wasn’t as hectic as I expected although I did just have to show my vaccine certificate to get a pint.
Currently sitting at the Trocadero leeching WiFi on my own.

Went there for the first time in 17 years last summer and it was a lot mellower than I expected too. It felt like being in Ipswich on a Sunday but it was Paris, as weird as that sounds. There were basically no tourists.

That’s brilliant. I’ve been chipping away at the Decimal vid a lot over the last couple of months.
It’s now in a place where we’ve got a few chunks to fill, tricks to swap out and things to re-do.
I was shitting it a bit earlier in the summer, I genuinely thought we’d need to push the release date back… but no!

Last childcare payment today! We worked out how much we’ve put in over that last 3 years and it’s a frightening amount. Only 3 days a week as well.
