Stoked!

They were set to play last year, but got cancelled. So I’m pretty hyped to catch them this time around.

Yer mines was last year. So dope. Little man’s 5th birthday today, just picked him up from school and having some family over. He’s too excited to open his presents.

He’s 5 I doubt he will like any of them. Haha

Just some little Predator Astro Turf boots.

Do they still make predators?

Lol just read the post above! Fucking loved my predators. Was convinced they gave me extra curl on my free kicks.

I won an Adidas Predator free kick competition at a football camp in ‘96 and got a new pair every season until ‘99.

That’s an Adidas Sponsorship right? Lol

That’s dope! @ForwardMotion

CMOAC but I scored my third goal for a hat trick from the half way line in those boots  I was about 11 but I do have one person I still speak to who saw it! Haha

Someone pinched my pair of Pred’s from outside Stourbridge Rugby Club on a Sunday morning circa 1995. No boots in the bar, so all the kids used to take them off and leave them outside. Still gutted to this day!

Predators were designed by Craig Johnson of Liverpool/Zorlac fame and were based on Airwalks.
Old story but it’s a weird one.

Haha, I love how deliberately frankensteined that is.

That’s brilliant.

We were using home start as my son went through his….challenges……and the lady that looked after us was wonderful. Great charity and one that is very much needed with CAMHS being as backed up as they are.

Went for a dawn patrol surf this morning. I was the only one there. Paddled out in the dark before first light. Lovely little 3ft waves, no wind and a beautiful sunrise to boot, when it finally arrived. That reminded me it’s only a week away before the daylight hours are going to start to, slowly but surely, get longer. I know we’ve still got the shitty weather to contend with for a few more months but at least we’ll be able to see it.

Got a skate in today. Pretty crap, but that’s the standard for this time of year.
