Helped a friend getting discharged from hospital today. Just a few weeks ago she was in a coma, on a ventilator and we were told to say our goodbyes. Today she’s walking out of hospital. I know we read a lot of stuff about the NHS being broken, and maybe for a ‘business’ standpoint it is, but fuck me there are some people working miracles at the QE hospital in Birmingham.

The NHS is only broken because “they” want us to turn against it and start paying for healthcare.
But yes, there are NHS workers on the frontline that still absolutely believe in it and care and work miracles. Stoked for you, amazing story!

Cheers. The whole thing has spun my head. One minute she’s getting the last rights, now she at home watching TV with her husband. In a few weeks we’ll probably be having a BBQ together and forget the whole thing even happened. Life is crazy.

Crazy, mine passed yesterday only needing two new tyres and the only advisory being the other two tyres. £150 when I was expecting four new tyres, brake pads and discs, and suspension all needing work.
last time i had mine i found not having screen wash will get you a £20 charge.

I had £30 for a bulb, and I’m sure it was £40 for Citroens stupid wiper blades.
I had the pleasure of paying about 150 for a whole ned rear light as 1 led had failed on my brake lights. Fuck Peugeot.

Things are fookin’ weird in my life at the moment with a lot of things, mainly work and dealing with er…humans.
However, first proper filming mission tonight. Hill bombs, some spots in and around town, maybe a beer or an alcohol-free, a lot of pasta before hand.

Have had a really stressful few weeks at work and been in the spare room on the work laptop until half ten tonight, sorting shit out because a co worker has thrown their toys out the pram, got it all squared up and put the out of office on.
Going to Amsterdam tomorrow with the wife (sans child), for the weekend.
Drinking a daft strong G&T in bed watching foundation- Art bars on the laptop ( one of the first videos I owned on VHS).
Ahhhh bliss.

Got moved to UK, EU and ROW on our retail site, don’t know UK or ROW numbers but EU we were up every month this year but not massively. Just got March numbers and I doubled target. EU is hella competitive so bodes well going into silly season for us 4/20 etc. Really stoked - often doubt myself too much
