Amazing. Let’s see it again in a year.
Instantly thought … buffalo bill
That’s proper rad - what was the story behind this? How old were they?
19th century. No other info apart from that.
Went to some tattoo exhibition at maritime museum in london a few years back iirc, they had full like human back pieces, it was gnarly
There’s an art museum in Tasmania called Mona and the owner has paid some living guy for his skin when he dies, in the meantime, he has him sitting in the gallery on certain days “on display”
They’re going to do that with Blackwell and put him in the smithsonian.
At least that’s what he told me.
Here’s the new tattoo @franc
Pretty pleased with it. I’d always wanted a fox and I loved the artist’s style, so asked her to interpret some song lyrics. It’s weird I had no tattoos 5 years ago and now I have ten haha
Mewithoutyou right?
Yeah man. They’re one of my favourite bands, their lyrics are very visual so I thought they’d work well interpreted as a tattoo
That’s awesome. Black line work with minimal shading is hard to beat
Nice! Good placement and clean work.
Tattoos are quite addictive, aren’t they?
Am really getting into engraving/etching style tattoos. A bit like this
So you want a baby’s arm holding an apple and a cock.
Nice.
Don’t even know what to make of this
The body mod community has always had a fringe of absolute fucking twats (like most communities)
Hoooooly fuck some guy posted this on the piercing subreddit earlier -
So that’s an 8 gauge (massive) bar pushed straight through the inner cartiledge of the nose. I can’t stop looking. It’s so gnarly and insane
Seesh that would take some pushing to get that in.
according to their comment the piercer put it through in one big push
I’m pretty ambivalent about piercings generally but have a really fucking vehement hatred of that chain across the nose thing. Rank.
