Not a bunker but a good sized house with a barn in my own field, just far enough away from town in the surrounding countryside.

Would also have triple garage with full car lifts and winches and airguns and all that shit so I could rebuild engines. Would probably also need knackered cars to go in there

A cryogenic freezer so I can go in hibernation and wake up 100 years later.

Or just a big farm with all the gear and an electrified perimeter.

Kids hair looking a bit long and crazy so I decided to try and cut the middle ones hair as he’s the only one that would let me. Going ok, buzzed the sides and graded into a longer top but he started getting silly and moving around so buzzed the lot, not short short but definitely not what my missus would ever agree with. She’s working upstairs and comes down for a snack and sees us finishing up. Normally she would have flipped out but under the circumstances of us being stuck at home forever she laughed and said it was awesome, more to put confidence in the lad.
Now to try and do the other boys.

Been trying to read as much as possible and be out in the garden with Mrs and kid all day. My wife is still working a few hours in the evenings as she cleans the council offices and thus is classed as a key worker.
Not really happy about it but what can you do.
She’s wearing a mask at work from today.

Read two philosophy books this week.
Started the Birth of Tragedy today.
Wish I had some happier reading material at home but it looks like it’s Dostoevsky next unfortunately.
As I’m a trainee teacher I should still be getting bursary until July so fingers crossed we’ll be okay.
Love you all.

That’s what I want. Reading Nietzsche isn’t really the vibe I’m going for at the mo but I gave away 100+ novels last year when we sorting the house out.

Got a few Morse novels to go - I’m that desperate I might even read some more Harry Potter.
Thought I had Tolkien but I must’ve given those away too.
Bastard

Moved into the spare room and organised some mags.

Do you have an android phone? Pm me your number and I’ll find a way to wing over the files!

I read A Murder Is Announced the other day and it was a lovely escape from reality for a bit. Nice bit of fluffy murder. Lovely stuff.

Currently reading Children of Time. Ace out there Sci fi.

PornHub Premium is now free, to keep people at home, so all that toilet paper hoarding won’t go to waste, haha.

I loved that book so much.

Bill Bryson books are my default option, a Walk in the Woods is very underrated.

Amazing innit. Not read any of his before, reckon I’ll definitely do some more. I love Sci fi that just takes a ‘what if…’ then rolls with it.

Jonathan Pie decided that all the bog roll hoarding was for wanks.

Fender’s guitar lessons free for 3 months:

Signed up to it and man, is it slow?
Dull as dishwater.

it’s probably better for complete beginners. I haven’t done anything apart from sigh up yet. Seems like there’s a good few song tutorials.

Time is certainly on our side.
