This is weird. I actually prefer the original edit to Patty Smith. Mind you, I thought Wimer had one of the goodparts anyhow.
Also, somehow they’ve managed to make that re-edit Fugazi song sound really flat.

Not sure about the song tho, I love Fugazi, but everyone just uses the same 3 songs. Plus there’s no way this is the first time Waiting Room has been used, surely?

Maybe its a clearance budget thing? JT is maktes with Ian Mackaye from Fugazi/Dischord so probably swung a deal.

Yeah just watched the Bobby part and the song fits much better. It didn’t really feel like Jamie edited it to fit, he’s just plonked it over the top.
It just bugs me, they’ve got like 6 albums, if Jamie’s such a fan, why just pick their obvious hit that has also been used before.

What is that first song? Was it Young Black Teenagers? I just recognise it, but its something I’ve not heard in forever…
Also, was a bunch of the London Bridge stuff in Celebrity Tropical Fish or did he just refilm a bunch of this? I know the CTF stuff was a bit techer - noseblunt variations, etc. but its been a long, long time since I’ve seen it.
