Danny Way in a sling @1.23
woyyy proper good this - how the fuck did carter do that bs flip?!
spot at 7.36 looks dreamy
I’ve been trying to get footage with Carter for a little while, so pleased we got those clips.
That spot is in Gloucester, the slabs are a bit rough but not too off-putting.
Cheers Neddy!
Giving this a whirl now in a minute.
New Park opened here in Whitehaven, west Cumbria (bit weird out there) anyway me and my mate went one day and bumped into him and got chatting. Was pretty rad. Ended up filming a back tail for him.
Just watched it, really sick!
Scott Whittaker has probably the best Nollie Heel on flat in the UK, his last trick is actually. So underrated.
Ricci sick, remember seeing a gnarly video of him breaking his arm in Barna.
Good vibes, throughly enjoyed it. Really good spot selection as well, some rad ones in the the ledge into back think then Nollie Back Heel down the stairs looks sick to skate.
Would recommend.
Impressively casual.
On another note, I’ve not seen the head to toe in Nike outfit in a while.
Mad.
Trackies > body armour
When I was in England in 2018, and we were staying in Dartmouth in a pub, he was randomly in the pub propping up the bar.
He seems to be everywhere ha
Penultimate trick is actually so fucking sick
if he does it with the normal run up, a normal street board and wearing a track suit (and without screaming, whooping yanks) it will really put Jaws’ battle in the shade forever. kind of hope he goes back and gets it
I think jaws trick is in the shade forever simply because it was a kook fest anyway haha
saw roman at stalin in 2017 & he did that fakie drop down manny then within a couple goes… absolutely ridiculous watching him irl
He’s the spiritual successor to one of the original Stalin heads who I think had the most beautiful style I’ve ever seen in real life.
My ex and I used to to Prague a lot and we’d go to Stalin, get baked and just watch Petr Horvat destroy the place. It looked like he was dancing. Unbelievable level of finesse.
Petr Horvat was (is) incredible.
I bumped into him recently - he’s kind of bigger now but still rips.
I inquired as to what had happened with his skate career and he just shrugged and said something vague about gypsy life.
Dude was next level amazing - one of the best nollie flips of all time.
For some reason reminiscing about Pete Horvat has made me remember my love for Henning Braaten. I’m going to sleep right now but will get lost in a YouTube hole of his footage in the morning.
Ha ha! I saw him at Stalin last summer. He’s still really good.
Didn’t catch a single Muska flip, though.
Dafuq!!! Any switch v bomb’s irl?
