This one stood out for sure.
He’s so stinking though
Took a while for someone to say it.
Some of the stuff he does is pretty hard but done with not much grace.
Thank god he wasn’t in Baker 4 tbh. So gross to watch.
Technically good though. Just so utterly stinking.
I like his style.
Way too much coloured grip tape.
I think that was probably the first footage I’d ever seen of him. Likely the last I guess
I’ll probably not even watch. I think Bakers team has always been questionable at picking riders. Especially when the top pro’s are not even good looking on a board.
So, saying that forced me to watch it, ha.
Wasn’t as bad as I expected. Pretty stinking but some stuff was impressive. I liked his manual stuff.
Yep, enjoyed that part too, other than the questionable tunes - I like how he often looks like he’s about to fall off on the rollout of some of his tricks, adds some flavour. The fast kickflip up the 6 steps was sick too.
Yeah, I liked that. Was big.
Shots have indeed been fired!
Name names!
Theotis
GPWM.
Watched that the other day. The other guy, John Bishop is it? He fucking shreds, watching him skate street with Dan when he thought he really couldn’t was amazing.
Good, that.
I feel like they should have highlighted that when Madars skated blindfolded, he had actually seen the spot/skated it with vision first.
Would have been really good to have gone to a spot and roll up with a blindfold on him.
Whats this?
Good point. Well made.
Reynolds can do no wrong skating wise obviously. I like Ellington half the time and others times he’s a sketchy, greasy haired abomination. Greco has no redeeming features at all apart front that backflip shove it in Misled Youth. Dollin is pretty ugly but in the best way so he gets a total pass. Everyone else is pretty forgettable, because I can’t think of any.
Oh: Antwuan clearly had a mad style but can’t say I was bothered about it but I have nothing negative to say skating wise. Herman just reminding me of a turtle with floppy hair. He came into his own eventually though when he did that part with the bench lines.
Anyone else worth mentioning?
