Braydon had bad style. TK had bad style. Lenoce had weird arms.
To be fair tho, Reynolds and Antwuan aside, good style was never Baker’s main selling point

Lenoce was legit AF
It was tight that he was down with both Baker and Crailtap. But definite eagle arms
Ellington and Greco both absolute beasts.
Riley, Kader, Elissa only others I can think of off the top of my head
Reynolds & Ellington can do no wrong. I wasn’t into pre-Misled Youth Greco. right around then, he became amazing but glam rock greco sucked. Dickies era Greco is greco back on form.
Dollin Baker 3 and Sight Unseen is next fucking level.
Antwuan is a sad story as I thought he was epic.
Kader & T-Funk are siiiiick.
Jacopo and Herman. Siiiiiick.
Elissa? All time.
Sammy Baca proved a good point with that last part. Came off so good.
Figgy. So gnarly.
Donta was rad but I guess he fell off.
Riley gets a pass because of Dad but I think he’s a stinker.
Tyson is solid but I struggle to see past the dreadlocks.
I mean, Zach Allen, Knox Godoy, SZA, Theotis, Dee and TK range from “really do fuck all for me” to “ugh”.
Cyril was clearly good, but a bit of a stinker…
Who else rode for them? Lenoce? Pretty good. Heyl? No ta.
There’s a lot of heavy dudes on that list whichever way you cut it. So, I’m not sure I agree that they’ve been questionable with choices or that their top pros aren’t good looking on a board.
Is Cyril tiny? His board looks about 4 feet long in some of those clips.
Poor old Spanky, no-one ever remembers Spanky.
Being good looking on a board and being a good skater are two different things though. Not saying one is better than the other as most people don’t have both.
For instance, I personally would argue Dollin was never a stylish skater, but he is (was) a very, very good skateboarder.
I guess it depends on someone’s definition of style
Ok. So, if we go via “good looking” only, I’d take Dustin off.
So, as far as I can see their top pros are pretty good looking on a board.
Dollin’s flick is unfuckwithable.
I’m a big fan of Greco. I find him entertaining, in a good way, and love his dedication.
I appreciate everyones opinions on this and i’m def in the minority with the meh baker thinking.
I did say Dollin absolutely gets a pass, he’s just unique and you can’t say anything about his Sight unseen part and his various bits in Volcom bids etc.
Like I said, i’m in a quandary about Ellington but it does not keep me up at night.
I didn’t include any of the new riders particularly because I really haven’t been keeping track at all so I won’t comment on those but there are some good riders in that bunch. And of course Ellisa is a goat.
Actually, I should mention that I had no interest in Figgy before, just didn’t do anything for me but the bits he’s had in edits this year have made me like his style. Some weird looming huncher jumping on rails that his looks shouldn’t allow. He’s like a gnarly ent.
Figgy is gnarly as fuck but the one trick I can clearly remember him doing is a nollie feeble which is something I just find unforgivable.
The best
Always a treat.
Tiago’s Viccy Benches line was a treat. Quite a Lucien-like feel, which I assume is him paying homage. Good lad.

not watched this one yet but definitely enjoyed the other 4 so far
