The Continually Updated Footage Thread

I have one that has that and some other videos on somewhere. Can’t remember what DVD it was, need to go hunting.

Just came to bump this cos I’m watching it again. The rough cut really is worth watching.

Most likely the story film makers guild dvd that baines made.
It was steady, hating life, through the eyes of ruby and driving south

Laban shut it down early.

Ooh!

In a week where there’s been the Palace and Supreme vids drop, you might think there’s going to be nothing, (Bronze aside - no news on that yet though), worth posting up. This video’s super good. Max Palmer, Cyrus, Nik Stain and a bunch of others smashing it.

That was so sick. Basically an East Coast Boys of Summer.

Yeah. Even the thumbnail is basically this.

So many companies just erase their history and try to present themselves as something new, when they can’t do the heritage thing, and it’s weaker than fuck.

I actually managed to watch it all the way through last night.
I respect how Zero hasn’t changed and stuck to its original identity (the thumbnail does look very Foundation That’s Lifesque but the vid kinda reminded me of Thrill Of It All) but sometimes evolution doesn’t hurt. This vid could have been filmed in 2004, and I’m not saying that in a good way.
Zero slightly changed with people like Rattray, Sauder, Boserio or even Forrest Edwards (like when Girl included BA or McCrank) and that was a breath of fresh air.

And Foundation at that time were biting heavily on Zero’s big gaps, rails and punk rock branding, particularly a few years earlier for Nervous Breakdown.

Zero are basically Metallica and Strobeck is Fred Durst. Everyone has their time in the sun and then becomes unfashionable and then they’re back, or not.
