Wes et al skating some crusty-looking spots.
cheers, that was really good, couple of those switch back 180s were really stylish
Comments are on, you just can’t see them in your country.
This is an old episode that was originally shown on Viceland. I guess it might still be in circulation where you live, or something like that.
Just watched the Thrasher vacay video. HEAVY!
Yeah, so gnarly. Pedro’s slam was toe-curling.
Also very impressed with how buck both Samaria and Mariah got in that. The bank to bar 5-0 and the hubba back 5050 were nuts.
Yet another Vans Europe edit, this time in Switzerland. Featuring Jordan, Helena, Dougie and Manhead amongst others.
He’s really good. His instagram always has some rad clips. Does the perfect impossible too, properly scooped and wrapped.
It does, yes! Nice to see foreigners skating in Bern, Basel and Geneva. The rare people that come here on tour usually stick to Zürich and its more classic spots.
The title tells you what you need to know.
That was rad. I love any kind of tribute when it comes to skating.
i’m doing a tribute to Bam as we speak
piles out
Figgy and Riley have never been skateboarders I have had any interest in but as it is a Baker video I was always going to watch it. This one really didn’t hit the mark the way the last few Baker edits have. Little Casper intro though…
I can’t get down with Casper being on Baker. I know there isn’t a strict ‘Baker skater’ model now that they sponsor Jacopo and T-Funk, but Casper feels an odd fit. He’s too far removed from California and should be on some smaller, grittier brand. How many handrails has he jumped on?!
Tbf this aspect of some of the Baker riders is the most boring for me.
Yeah true, but someone has to do it!
Time stamp on the Casper intro? Had a flick around but dont want to watch Figgy & Riley parts
It’s just a flash at 5:38. Nothing more than that
(Lil write up on Skateboarders Companion yuh aboot it -https://www.theskateboarderscompanion.com/post/the-street-code-video-by-rhys-tweek-2022)
New Street Code video filmed and edited by Rhys Meek (Tweak)
I pretend I can skateboard in this also. It was mainly filmed on VHS and VHS-C cameras, alongside VX2, VX1 and hell, even a 4:3 HD clip made it in (after we made it a low bit rate ting so it’d look good).
Hope y’all who watch it enjoy the mwad editing by Tweak.
