Aussie vids are so much cooler than most shit from the States. Seems like a lot of stuff is filmed kinda spontaneously down there, happens during street sessions and everybody is so hyped when someone lands a banger. Much more inspiring than any hammer somebody needed 5 solo missions with a filmer to land in a schoolyard in California.

I wish this sort of stuff was in the Olympics - off topic maybe, but anyone know why vert, likely the most normie accessible form of skating, isn’t in the Olympics? Presumably vert is dead in the contest circuit and bowl (park) is more accessible?
This Sewa footage is pretty fucking dope but I guess the sheer awkwardness of the interaction at 2.41 kind of summarises why he hasn’t gone further in the skate industry.
