The Continually Updated Footage Thread

Am i right in finding this post quite sad?

Jack olson has never really sparked my interest and this blurb reads like “will skate for food”,

Apparently he’s lost sponsors too.

A very talented vanilla skateboarder in a world full of talented vanilla skateboarders. I’ve also never really cared about his skating.

He’s amazing but suffered from the fight of Real riders all alike but the most interesting gets the limelight.

‘Oh, he just flips out of everything’ did become a bit meh fast, unfortunately. As there is good stuff in there.

Always thought this dude was incredibly talented but just didn’t do enough self-promotion to make a dent in today’s attention economy. And perhaps he was just not as marketable as others. But always does something mad during Tampa best trick contests. Is he definitely off Real?

I also think his plight is symptomatic of the anti-ginger racism which blights the industry, and wider world. Shame on you all! We will have our vengeance!

Very buddy-cam edit of Mike Anderson and Tom Knox.

Is he the guy who did grind gap grind on that rail?

No that’s the australian kid whose name I’ve forgotten.

Is hr still skating or have injuries cut his ascent short?

Jack O’Grady?

Yeah that’s the guy! Thought it was Jack something or other

He also ollied into that stair set ramp that Westgate ollied up in the new Element video.

No idea who Jack Olson is then…

That’s was very good. Always like Charlie’s footage! Is he getting boards from anyone post Primitive? Seems odd if he hasn’t been picked up.

Was wondering the same thing? I can imagine he might get a couple linkedin friend requests after that

No board sponsor since Primitive.

Such a great video. Dave, Charlie and Q  Love them all!

Not very familiar with Davide but I already prefer his style to heitor’s

Davide is so amazing. Quentin’s filming on Charlie’s fakie flip at the Tate modern is perfect.

this guy in the comments really misses the 90s:

Wobbly life. Fun though.

NB# was ace too.

Did I mention 440v2s…?
