The TV Thread

One of the better achievements mankind has ever done. I don’t know why it’s not more famous.

I just played the full thing to my cat. She was nonplussed. You can’t please everyone.

See I’d have thought cats would like it. I’ll try it on mine and report back. She is pretty much stone deaf these days though. Stupid little shit.

Is the octo eye a goodie? Didn’t expect to see Tyers grapple with the alien.

Best episode so far, really got the original Alien vibes from it, the set designer needs an award

Enjoying it but not feeling the octo eye. Looks too much like a kids cartoon character.

Not watched last nights yet but agree, it could have been done less comical. There are many elements which are on the edge of making it laughable but I am enjoying it.

I know what you mean but I think it’s just the right side of that and I like the creepy little fucker.

Also, seems to not be totally evil.

Kinda.

Stumbled upon a series about Horby last night and can’t stop watching it now. Hornby: A Model World for anyone that cares. Fully reintroducing the train nerd that lives inside. Brb off to strap a GoPro to my head!

feels a bit like something created to shift major merch

An Intercity 125 loco appeared in the sidings north of Stoke railway station a few months back, It is in the livery where it is the blue/yellow front with intercity rear, so maybe the late 80’s livery. Keep on meaning to get a picture but never stop when I go past.

I’m sure I saw a full 125 train in Cornwall a couple of weeks back but I’m sure they were all retired, but I’m positive it was!!!
