Actually going out tomorrow so will try and get a sketchy one

Board smashed inner side of my knee joint , flared up the joint , then spent a week working on a roof on my knees and up and down ladders ladders which resulted in a minor tear. Physio said 1-3 months depending on how well I keep up the treatment. I’m aiming for 6 weeks . So fully going for the supplements and exercises and what’s ever else I can do so speed it up and not make it worse .

Funny you say that . Solstice bbq this Saturday with the Brazilian crew and half thier butchers meat. Come along , the last one was rad, fed half the skate park.

We went to a Brazilian guys BBQ in new York last time we visited. The most amazing meat I have ever eaten. Saw the guy prepping it all and he used so much salt. But it was so good.

Man South Americans do grilled meat like no one else. North Americans think they have it good but they don’t know shit.
One of my besties is Argentinian and their culinary culture is amazing. He visited his family last year and sent me a picture of a cruicifed sheep dangling over some coals. Looked like a pagan ritual but apparently that’s lunch for them. So jokes.
Anyway thanks for the invite but I’m even further into Norfolk these days so I’ll be on the coast eating crustaceans for father’s day
