I mean they kind of are, for a reason, because fuck Russia. Everything they say is lies anyway.
Although I despise Russian military at the moment I don’t know if I can back this. Allowing threatening rhetoric never comes to any good.

Apparently there’s some rumour Belarus will be fully draged into the war. Provoked by some Belarusian villages close to the border getting bombed by Ukrainian (russian) planes
And apparently happening at 9pm EET, so a couple hours time

Belarus is fully in this war anyway. They’re sanctioned for allowing themselves to be a staging area for Russian military.

I do agree though that it has particularly grim implications. I thought the British government was the only one who’d shown any interest towards leaving that institution, at the behest of Murdoch.
Whilst listening to a ton of stuff about the war going on, got a bit mixed up with some definitions, here’s some for clarity:
Oligarch: a very rich business leader with a great deal of political influence
Plutocrat: a person whose power derives from their wealth
Autocrat: a ruler who has absolute power
Kleptokrat: a ruler who uses their power to steal their country’s resources

Plutocrat as you say means someone who is powerful due to wealth. Pluto is the Roman version of the Greek god Hades - God of the underworld but also deity of wealth and riches
