I’ve never crossed paths with him, but I remember one of the Irish skaters said they’d been on a trip with him and he bought all the weed the local dealer had and put it down as ‘van weed’.
It was for anyone in the crew who wanted to smoke, whenever they wanted. On him.
That was cool to hear.

Was listening to 9 club with Tony Hawk the other day and he said he felt that due to the amount of parks around by the time he was skating that Shecks might of been the first professional “park skater”, which sort of makes sense.
I vaguely remember someone (maybe anon) talking about him coming over for an etnies trip and he was sound as fuck and just buying everyone jaeger bombs at the bar. Same trip he had a sequence bailing a trick upstairs at SB in Sidewalk…
