Still remember Steve75 (Bingo) introducing us 42069666, all those years ago in Newcastle by our user names, haha.

I’m pretty sure Ronny introduced us two at 5 bridges at a Bingo Jam and you was all weird, didn’t say a word and looked out of it. Not sure what was up with you haha. I just assumed you didn’t want to acknowledge you were a forumer and Ron was lying.

Ha, nothing personal, I was probably still hanging from the day before (with skaters traveling up early for it) and feeling a wee bit anti-social, and knowing me, not being 100% sure what Ronny was getting at but to embarrassed to ask twice in all the mayhem, while being pulled from pillar to post, trying to be in two places at once most of the day. Sorry mate. I wish I had been out of it at that jam but I can remember the whole day and maybe had two or three beers (had to get a train back as my lift had to go early).

If I met a bunch of you retards I’d definitely want to know who I was talking to, I only know you guys buy handle/avatar. If you introduce yourself as “Dave” it means nothing to me

haha all good, I didn’t take it personally

When I used to order stuff from Mischief the parcel used to arrive addressed to my user name… At that point in life I had never met Bingo and never found out how he connected my name/address to my user name.

Didn’t SPT go on to draw for Vice?

Yup!

He posts on here a bit.

Forget when I first joined, I vaguely remember the dark grey scheme, used to be a lot of spammers.

Standout real life forum moments when me and Joxa first met up with Rogie, bout a week or so after Burnley interact park first opened, so we’re in the car park and it dawned that we didn’t know each others real names “I’m Ste and he’s called Ste too”, “oh, I’m called Ste as well.” Same day I met Avi too maybe Lawrencium as well,

Closest I’ve got to a forum meet up was the 2010 uksa event at Corby, I haven’t laughed as hard as I did that weekend, met BDF, high-C, Mofugga countless others, doubt I’ll see another event like that. Kids these days.

Corby 2010, is that the one with the party in the Rugby club with Kunt and the gang? That was a fun weekend, me Grosa and KeithBeef were a bit naughty in the hotel.

I absolutely kick myself for not going to that Corby event on the regular. Looked absolutely unbelievable. D’you know why I didn’t go? I was socially intimidated by the prospect of being the only one there that didn’t already know everyone else! How stupid does that sound now?

That ain’t stupid mate, we’ve all been in that situation where we feel like an odd sod. I always felt weird trying to explain I was someone on the forum, I never did make Ultraking status maybe it was that ha.

First thing thing I said to Blinky when Imet him was “HI, I’m zoro. From the forum,” like a right cunt.

I think the one where I felt a little odd was meeting el-be-pe at the ripped, because he was one of the established forumers when I first joined, ha.

The National mystery company thread was a great one.
x-robs mad spots thread

I got on the forum when I moved to the UK for the first time in 2005 - was a great intro on where to go in those early days and as i’ve mentioned before - that/this place has gotten me jobs, given me friends and I think that spending time here has actually made me less stupid too. If that’s possible.

In my opinion that was the last great hurrah of the old forum. It was simultaneously the funniest and one of the most exciting internet happenings I’ve ever been part of.
