All this time spending the big bucks on Bones Swiss and you can just buy them for £3 from a dodgy looking Chinese wholesaler!

Wonder if anyone thinks there genuine?

Buy some and review please.

60 day delivery time, so might be a while! There also seems to be loads of baker decks, spitfire wheels and indy trucks on there for far too cheap.

Anybody not buying skate stuff from skater-owned shops deserves to have their bearings catch on fire and burn their house down.

Totally! Just thought it was funny how cheap they were, Not saying we all go shopping at dodgyexpress .com!

i have a friend who buys skate shit off there and was hyped on getting “”“spitfires”"" for £11, personally i have absolutely no idea how he cant tell they’re fake as fuck and skate like bargain bin price point wheels, but he’s also the same kind of person to skate that shake junt magic carpet griptape and do fakie biggerspins.

Does he know there fake and not care, or believe there real?

Also just googled that grip and now I feel a bit queesy, awful.

Ha ha, that looks horrible. It probably isn’t but it reminds me of when you used to get cheap griptape and it was like 40 grit or something and could go through shoes in about ten minutes.

I had one of those Almost 8 ply resin boards once and it was noticeably a bit better at keeping its shape/pop. I didn’t buy another one though.

Can’t remember the last time I bought a full set of bearings. I think they are Toy Machine, based on the fact that I have one of the orange toy machine character pez dispenser things in the garage.

honestly wouldn’t be shocked if he genuinely thought they were real, this is the same person who with all sincerity told me that “i spoke to lurknyc and they film with gopros” and then went out and bought a presumably fake gopro from aliexpress. he’s genuinely a lovely bloke but he’s so full of shit he’s nearly a walking talking septic tank.

My fuck around deck I got over Christmas.

Creature 9.25 powerply deck
Krux K5 trucks
OJ Super Juice 60mm wheels
Bronson Milton Martinez G3 bearings
Shake Junt grip tape

Been interesting using a 9.25 after using a 7.75 as a teen and an 8 when I got back into skating last year - love all the extra room on the deck, going to have to try an 8.6 as my next proper deck.

edit: might slap some rails on it as well, not sure yet

I’ve been seeing more wide decks these days. I’m a ramp skater so it may not apply to the way you skate, but I’ve seen a lot more 8.5”-9” decks at the ramp in the past year or so. Quite a few big Creature and Anti Hero decks in particular

Polar 8.5
Thunder 149
F4 97a 54

The orange stain ply under the graphic looks cool I think. Hefty wheelbase on it 14.5

Anyone on here live in the Plymouth area? Paid for a reissue from 360 skateshop and basically haven’t heard anything for weeks, and they are not replying to emails/calls. Wondering if they are a scam outfit but it looks fairly legit.

There’s no address on the website, which is always a warning sign.

Have you tried the website live chat?

Also, what reissue?

I had similar last year, contacted him on Facebook, it all got worked out fine in the end.
