Yeah it’s fucking hot as fuck here too. Was in my garden 20 minutes ago, 10 in the evening, 30 degrees. Mad. Gonna go for a skate as early as I can tomorrow.

Only 24 here at the minutes apparently. I sat out in it for 30 mins this afternoon. Tee and shorts were soaking wet with sweat and I’d not even moved, just sat there…
Did an hour tonight but too hot. Ankle is weird. Out tomorrow. Hopefully better but unlikely.

It was really hot here this morning but I somehow managed to skate for 2 hours before swimming in the lake. Got my Natas on and did boardslides to fakie mid-ledge which I had never done before. They feel pretty good. Met this lovely chap from Ukraine, had good convo with him, I really wish the situation in his motherland was different but it was great to see him settled and happy here.

In the middle of a heatwave and the Selfridges bowl is air-conditioned.
They had it cranked right up.
Feels like skating in a fridge.
Eventually got around to skating tonight. Kinda didn’t but did but didn’t want to skate. But did an Hour and a half of back to back flat ground with Si. Ended on a nollie heel at speed, which took more goes than it should but my mate wanted to see it landed so I had to oblige
