bright sunny day yesterday, start heading out to skate and it hammers it down with snow and hail. regretfully head to the one covered spot in sunderland (which somehow manages to be damp all year round) and in an unexplainable twist of events it was actually dry, and then we get to the actual curb spot and it looks like neil buchanan flipped his car on it
still managed a good skate and somehow had fs slappies absolutely dialled which is odd considering the last time i tried them was at this same spot 3 months ago and barely managed 1/10 of them, then lastnight they just worked lol
Popped to a real fun mini ramp just outside of Norwich Saturday. Hacked about for a bit then it got a bit to busy so went to check out the new park in Attleborough. Small but a good laugh and some one had brought their pet bunny to the park which i guess is the done thing in Norfolk.
Glad you posted this extra bit of info here. After I showed her the pic on Insta, my OH was getting ready to take a rabbit rescue kit up to Attleborough.
Went skateboarding for 2 hours. Landed nothing. Still feel pretty great as my ankle seems a bit more like it doesn’t hate the idea of me popping my board
Went skating last night. Managed to slip out of a switch bs pivot on a steep quarter and ended up hitting both wrists and somehow ended up winded on my back, in -3 weather so yeah, not a great skate yesterday.
Might leave it a couple weeks till it warms up, it’s too cold rn
Had a really good couple of hours at an exeter park today, stoked having tried to go for a skate at the local indoor on Wednesday and leaving within an hour.
