100%. I really despair when I see left-wing people sharing him on Twitter or Facebook. Like, when the dust has settled, you don’t think Piers is going to change his tune to whatever knee-jerk reaction will be popular? He hasn’t a sincere bone in his body.
Also, as NY mayor, didn’t Giuliani bring in a lot of the hard-line policing tactics which have now provoked such a backlash? I know he’s remembered for ‘cleaning up New York City’, but his policies fell hardest on BAME communities.
