Tell me about it!

I’ve broken both ankles - one of them twice. I’ve got a metal plate in one and I had ligament reconstruction surgery on the other.

I wouldn’t usually post this sort of thing but seeing as a lot of us have painful knees and this guy is pretty on point with his diagnostics and methods I figured it might help.

Live at 3:30pm tomorrow.

Went for a skate this evening and have set my back off again big time. Visible twist in my stance. Going to smash some pain killers and see how it feels in the morning

Hope you feel better soon. Were you up Stoke tonight or local?

Yeah up at stoke. Stepped off on a quarter and just twisted. Really a nothing thing to get hurt doing.

FFS. Hopefully OK soon.

Not been out since Sunday. Just having a difficult run with my lads Schooling and don’t particularly feel social right now!

Always the way, I had a life changing injury just cruising around not trying to do anything. Basically have a barely functioning elbow for the rest of my life, for nothing. Hopefully you didn’t break your back!

Been restless, in bed most the day. For the last 4 or more years dealing with this shite back and now feels like back to square one.

At least I’ve managed to watch sinners, the new toxic avenger film, all of the knight of the 7 kingdoms. Now on the matrix.

Quite enjoyed that one, but it wasn’t quite as gruesome as it should have been/hoped it would be

Feel for you. I’ve had back issues since 2019. A recent ct scan seemed to show I have a fairly squashed disc just below my mid back and a couple other protrusions and squished bits towards the bottom. My doctor wasn’t too concerned but insisted I dont run. Currently doing pilates that focus on lower back and hips. It’s only been 5 sessions but I think I’m starting to feel the difference. Also got a goal to lose 15kg so ditched the electric bike and back to commuting on my regular bike which is a workout.

Ahhhh mate. I’m crossing everything that it goes quick and you’re ok after a couple of days.
