That was his 20 years with vans shoe. He talked about on that skate creative podcast. There was supposed to an event planned to go alongside its release but COVID happened.

I actually can’t believe anyone could suggest Wainwright is a “rubbish skater”. Are you out of your fucking gourd!? He’s up there in the pantheon of UK all-timers - ok, maybe not for output, but for raw ability, few could touch him.

You can dislike his Instagram stories but it doesn’t invalidate his skateboarding.

Seeing Wainwright skate the 5050 mini ramp for 5 minutes is one of the top highlights of all skateboarding I have ever witnessed.

Even that is questionable - I reckon Danny has had way more parts than any of his generation seeing as he came up the same time as Tom, Geoff etc.

He had countless 5050 parts, Playing Fields, all the Powell stuff, Vans 1966 part etc etc. I can’t be arsed counting but he must’ve put out at least 10/15 parts over the years
