I posted a track from it the other day, it seemed pretty good, or a good as any late stage Wu can be. Far better than his last album.
Just read the comments though, apparently this song is 20 years old lol. I misheard the 2004 in the intro as 2024 first time I heard it. So that maybe doesn’t bode well…
There’s a fair bit of filler but a few decent ones (by late stage of career standards). It’s not good enough to be the sequel if you know what I mean but it’s fine.

Paradise Circus by Massive Attack has the same chords as Soma by Smashing Pumpkins, you can hum the chorus and guitar solo over it and it feels nice

Sadly, Twitch has passed after the tumour diagnosis he announced back in July.
The YouTube algorithm keeps suggesting that I might like the offerings from ‘Pinkpop Archive’ and in many cases they’re not wrong.
