Friend of mine (and LS) had a heart attack yesterday. Absolutely mad. He’s only 45, lived pretty healthy although he did used to be a bit of a caner. Ambulance took an hour and luckily when he passed out he was in hospital so they could defrib him. He’s recovering right now, had a stent put in and having another in a couple months.
So close to home, and only saw him a few days ago. Very gnarly.
No but I used to skate with a Haemophiliac. Was a worry when you saw him slam but he was surprisingly ok. He had more worried bleed issues doing normal day to day stuff. But I guess he had ways to deal with a bleed if something did happen and you won’t have because it’s not a natural thinning of the blood.
Had to put my dog to sleep this morning. Best mate ever. He got to eat half a block of cheddar for breakfast. Was in pieces for a while but it was the right thing to do, these last 24h have been hell. Just sucks. RIP Baz.
went through the same at the end of october so i know how you feel. it’s a hard call to make, but as you say it was the right thing to do - they’re in a better place now, and judging from his breakfast he had one hell of a good owner. hope you’re alright mate.
Damn my grandads been taken to the hospital with some big infections. He’s recovered from bowel cancer in the last couple of years so hoping for good results.
I’m supposed to be bringing a kitchen I’ve been making for last week down to London tonight to start installing it tomorrow in a friends flat while she’s away and my wifes just called me to say she lifted the keys to the place by accident and has taken them with her to somerset. urrrrrggggggggggg
Mine forgot her keys so took mine and locked me in the flat while I was asleep, drove to work and trapped me. I had to call my parents to come and release me to go to work
met her in bristol this morning to collect the keys while I had to go down anyway to deal with her sisters boat having no electric and nobody could figure out why. The switch was off.
