I think it’s a perfectly fine preference to have on her part, so long as she wasn’t a dick about it.
You choose your decisions, she chooses hers.
I agree with Spanky around dodging a bullet though, it definitely highlights an incompatibility that would be hard to overcome if it came to light later.

I honestly think it’s fair enough.
Maybe it’s just that she’s been out with someone who didn’t drive but constantly wanted driving around all the time. Bit like my sister, moans like fuck about how terrible cars are and then gets lifts everywhere.
At the end of the day it’s up to her. I know 40 years olds that don’t drive and are married or in fully committed relationships with kids. Different people have different priorities when it comes to love. I honestly wouldn’t be to cut up about it. somethings aren’t meant to be. A good one will turn up.
Edit: it’s probably best to concentrate on yourself for a while anyway and get yourself in a good place first. Then everything else will be a bonus.
Going to need a car for the four kids she wants.

I only learnt to drive after divorce. Didn’t need to before but it did very occasionally cause tension but it was mainly an accepted choice and became a bit of a joke. Dude with no car, no phone, no social media etc.
Driving HAS opened up a new world to me though, it needed to be done for my new life and my boys.
Yeah totally, best to get myself in a better place first.

Yeah, I had a few brief relationships when I was trying to get my shit together and looking back they were all car crashes, no pun intended.

The local indoor just got flooded out in this week’s storms.
No photos of the ramps, but it’s a wood floor and is damaged as at the same level as the rest of the place.

Bought some new wheels this weekend, took advantage of some black friday shennanigans, took the dog out last night, came home, rolled my ankle on a completely flat surface, basically just standing still and I hurt myself.
Flop down on the couch, stick THPS into my new xbox, turns out the copy i’ve got only works on the Xbox One (which I gave to my kid when I got a new one a month ago)
On the bright side, I gave up drink two weeks ago and haven’t had any alcohol since then

Me too. Did mine skating last week. I’m pretty sure my brain told me, ‘well, that’s you out for three weeks’, before I’d even hit the ground. My ankle and lower leg are currently looking like this…
What a fucker. Just going to shuffle to the beach and lie in the sun with my foot up and read whilst zonked out on weed brownies for today.
