Can only speak for me obviously but mine went totally for well over a week at least. It came back gradually over the next month or so I guess.
It’s weird because I really don’t/can’t know if it ever came back to pre covid levels.
I basically just ate cereal for a while. Making food was pointless.
I didn’t lose it after having it, but a work colleague I went for a pizza with the other day is 5 weeks out of Covid and he still doesn’t have a sense of smell
My wife’s cousin is a paramedic and got covid really early on, he lost his sense of taste for over a year. He said the worst thing was coffee that had a sort of toxic sludge thing going for it
He slowly started retraining his senses with essential oils and “taste essences”. Basically like strong flavours that help you relearn what things should smell/taste like
He said he just binged ultra hot curries for ages
I only just got it so I guess I just got a super mild strain, I think viruses get more mild as they mutate. I literally just had a cough, headache and tiredness/brain fog. Not even a fever. Sense of taste/smell totally normal.
It’s a weird experience being totally fine apart from being generally completely fucking useless. Maybe that’s just how I always am, but the test made it seem real.

B&M sounds like the emergency Blood and Marrow donation centre and I think that’s all you’d have to pop in the review if you insinuate they were blocking the drop off spot. Also you can vote for both options in the poll.
