Anyone else given up smoking tabs and switched to vaping? I haven’t had a gret since the beginning of October but I’m vaping like a mad man. The plan was to wean off delicious ciggies but I think I’m vaping more than I ever smoked. Anyone else encountered this?
Did that 2 years ago and vaping is far more addictive

Yeah been 4 years since I quit all tobacco products, vaping was just far too addictive and could Chong that shit non stop . Fucked it all off especially as I had a lump in my throat that only want away completely quitting.
Just sack it off, it’s a mad freeing feeling once you’re done with them .
Can recommend Allen Carr (not the comedian) stop smoking book. Very clever in how it makes you see smoking. Worked for me

Yeah, I need to give it all up really. I thought i’d done well giving up the grets but i’ve just replaced it with vaping. I’m working from home and I don’t have to go outside to vape like I did with smoking, which means I’m just caning the vape all the time while working.
