I like the occasional glass of milk.

I did grow up on a dairy farm mind.

My first ever ollie was in a soaking wet cowshit covered milking shed.

Ooff!! I’ll stop complaining about a £20 inkjet cart now.

(Only on here though, Family are still going to get full Meldrew)

In hindsight it’s mad that I grew up thinking that cows just naturally constantly produced milk.

The thought of drinking a glass of milk makes me feel a bit unwell

Turns out 70% of the world is lactose intolerant and they’ve also found out milk doesn’t even help protect or strengthen bones, so it is starting to look a bit pointless

Yup. With chocolate digestives though which counterbalances the psycho element

So Tony lied to us

Love how Tony always turns his taking any old ad cheque into a tale of how he overcame adversity, like “people gave me a lot of grief for advertising blue pop and turkey dinosaurs, but that’s something i just had to overcome, and it pushed me further” ker ching

He’s still great though

If you print a lot of stuff, get a laser printer. I got one a few years back for about £200 and only had to replace the cartridges once in 4 years

My dad drinks a glass with every meal, even when out in a restaurant, or having Christmas dinner. Nowhere near as charismatic as Hans Landa though.

Anyone here into lacto fermenting veggies? Been making loads recently and looking for some unusual combos to try

+1 for this. And remember kids when you think it’s empty remove the toner as level as you can and swish it side to side (not upside down or anything crazy) as this better redistributes the remaining toner and should get you a few more pages. Aaaah those IT support days.

If I need anything colour printed I just get it done at the photo shop for 15p or whatever

The most basic Brother laser printer is great.

Yeah I’ve got a pantum lazer printer. I think it’s got a chip in it or something so you can only use official carts. Think you can get around it but it seemed sketchy

Exactly what I have (the WiFi one)

The print version of “Have you tried unplugging and plugging it in again?”

We’ve had a Canon G550 mega tank printer for a few years now, prints really nice photos etc and the running costs are really low.

My dad used to make extra cash by refilling printer cartridges back in the day. Don’t think it was particularly profitable but I don’t think it’s that hard either, you just inject the new ink into it and tape it up. You can buy kits now.

home inkjets are just pointless.
