The new skateboarder’s companion is really good. I enjoyed the Etnies tour write up, Joslin is such a legend.

Does anyone have issues 8,9 or 11 of North Skateboard Magazine they would be willing to sell/swap for something?

The mag I made with Dan Adams for London Calling is available mail order now. Southbank, Jeremy Henderson, Simon Napper, Skate City, Benjyboards, all the good stuff.

(It’s actually 76 pages, as in 1976)

Dave is rad. Does so much for the scene. Danny and myself should be making an appearance tomorrow at some point.

Tbh mate I’m not looking forward to it for the massive shit show (Edit: Non skater involvement) behind it…

Looking forward to seeing you and all the other heads though!

Actually that makes it sound like the book is gonna be shit but it’s not! The book is so good and lovingly put together by actual skaters!

Like I say, Linaker, you and Dave have smashed it with the book. It was more the event organisation has been mad to say the least!

I would buy a history of UK skate shops book if someone wants to quickly bang out the research and make it. :slightly_smiling_face:

Better off in here! Sort of a rewind….Rollersnakes posted this. I’d expect that this is of use to any of you guys that collect mags?

ordered!!!

Nice :sunglasses:

Wish I hadn’t butchered my RADs for posters, but young teenager… I think the mags ended up in the tip along with my Zzap64 mags after a house move.

They’re all here: Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free & Borrowable Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine

Zzap 64 was wicked. Like a skate mag, but about computer games.
