Got a couple of pairs and they don’t have the high heel like OG Busenitz.
and they’re at a more acceptable price for a basic shoe, might snap those up. The only thing I don’t quite like is the cross on the heel.

I used to go half a size up but I’ve found that adidas skate shoes are now more reliably sized and just go for my regular shoe size.

Got to be one of the other. It’s too much not like a skate shoe to be a skate shoe.
The Janoski got it right by being just the right side of skate shoe to work.

Echoing earlier posts but it really depends on the shoe imo, had a lot of pairs over the years and they’ve all been diff sizes.

Yeah, that was always what I’d heard - that adi struggle with sizing from style to style.
Pretty mad considering how deep in the business they are.
Nike and Cons are pretty on point with sizing style to style, right? Only ever had one pair of SBs but the Cons I had were always true to size.
Although I remember being told years ago that the hardest thing for a shoe brand to ever achieve is consistent sizing throughout their lines, so I guess this just backs that up.
Yeah but NB seem to fuck it up and need half a size up.
Weird but I’m sure either shoes have got smaller or my feet have got bigger. Used to be a 9 in everything but now I’m a 9.5 or even a 10.
NB ran small well before they made skate shoes.
I just thought I’d give something new a try.
It is weird. The Busenitz and City Cups I have are a full size apart.
NB Tiagos which everyone says fit weird are absolutely bang on for me.
One of the strangest recently is the DC Lukoda which is visibly shorter than the Lynx despite using exactly the same sole.
I’ve had 3 pairs of NBs now, all could have been a half size smaller. All adidas apart from the Puigs have run like a whole size too big - the city cup in particular
Vans and Emerica always seem to fit perfect for me.
Last Resort were at least a size too big and an annoying waste of money
