Shoes

It doesn’t sound too unreasonable to me.

What happened to Axion 2.0?

Would have thought they’d post a comment like that

Lined up my two pairs of nb 808s and the tighter ones are clearly almost a centimeter shorter…

Not sure I can picture him in D3’s but ok.

That’s a lot!

Rather than looking at the UK/ US sizes do they have a JPN/ CM size on them and, if they do, does that reflect the actual real life size difference?

I’m not a fan of the design but it seems like they’re making progress in the cupsole department.

I could be tempted if it wasn’t for the mesh

Labels are identical

Maybe 5mm not 1cm but still a certain difference.

Would surprise me with anyone else apart from NB

Wouldn’t even be surprised if the left and right shoes were different sizes tbh

Love 508’s tho.

Barely, it’s got no midsole. I hate that egg-grate construction.

My left foot is bigger than my right, but my NM22s are clearly tighter on my right foot than my left. My 508s and 480s fit spot on. I’ll check if there’s any size difference between them when I’ve finished work later.

The terrifying thing about new balance is it sounds like the size inconsistency not only varies between models but also within the range of sizes.

So that I don’t get absolutely head fucked I am going to have to visit a skate shop to check them out and rest. Which isn’t a bad thing I suppose.

Weirdly, I wear a UK 9 in different NB models all the time and never have sizing issues. However, there are some people I know who half size down for certain models.

I don’t have any issues either. I wear a 9.5 in virtually everything, and do with NB. 1010s and 440s fit perfectly. 808s felt slightly tight to begin with but it’s partly because they are complete bricks. They fit fine now I’ve wandered around in them.

Weirdest sizing issue I’ve had is between DC Lynx OGs and Lukodas which use the same sole but are visibly different sizes despite what the label says.
