Gousto and Hello Fresh make it easy to stay on a varied meal programme. Bit expensive I guess but some people love it. We’ve tried it and I thought it was ok but not the best for vegetarians.
Just a thought, you could do several portions of a healthy pasta sauce then put it in freezer bags. Then you’ve just got to defrost it and cook some pasta. Or anything really, curry or whatever
I love making a double portion of bolegnese, and use half of it towards a lasagne.
It’s a bit time consuming at the time, but stick it in the lasagne in the fridge and all you need to do is pop it in the oven mid week. Plus some garlic bread if you like to double carb like me.

The mac 'n cheese tasted banging. I managed to find some of the bigger macaroni than the normal stuff you find in shops, so it felt a little bit better than when I previously made it.
I had a recipe off Viva! recipe club, but they randomly changed it, though. I did however wrote down the old one some time ago. I can PM it over to you if you want?
Made a halloumi wrap for the first time in ages, I forgot how good they were.
Pan, olive oil, sliced halloumi, onion, and tomato. Cook then add to a wrap with grated carrot, diced lettuce and mint yogurt. Wrap up stick it back on the pan for minute so that it seals.
Eat and enjoy the ability to astral project. Wash down with Yorkshire tea.
Wife made surf n turf wraps today on a whim in about 20 mins flat. Salad, fried onions, bacon, prawns, salad with Caesar sauce and grated cheese. Fucking wallop.
