Stoked!

I love that film, sick I will try and head down. I’m going out for beers on Saturday night. Where’s good to go / fancy a cheeky one?

Saw City and Colour last night at the O2 in Bristol. I’ve been wanting to see Dallas/the band live for so long.

Had such a good night, and the band were amazing.

The skateboard exhibition at the Design Museum is really good. Big up anyone involved in it.

Being able to see things like the Natas 101 deck or the hanging clansman board up close, things I’ve only ever seen photos of, was pretty sick. Also funny was how my first ever pair of trucks (tensors with orange slide plate) and first ever skateboard magazine (Transworld Dec 01) are also on display.

I completely forgot that was on. Quite tempted to get off my arse and go and take a look.

I can’t believe they shipped all those decks half way across the planet when I’ve got most of them in my cupboard

This blurb made me deeply sceptical. Glad it was good though.

Everything was great and my favourite was the sheffey plan b slick.

Not seen one of them in the flesh since they first dropped.

Hadn’t actually looked at the site, but five of the ten ‘unmissable highlights’ listed are mine. CMOAC etc.

One of the other ones might be @Londonskater’s…?

Edit: Bit of a mistake in one of the captions though.

That’s not mine. Mine is on the shelf, right in front of me.

I don’t have anything on loan there - just voice stuff and video footage.
I need to go back, actually…as I didn’t see any of the a/v parts of the show at all.
I didn’t even make it as far as the mini ramp before the PV closed!

Same. Learned Louie Lopez had been there days later. Not sure anybody really cared that Louie Lopez was there when there was catching up and beer-drinking to be done.

Yep. I went for food after and someone asked me if I’d seen him.
I didn’t even realise.

I was slotted between Magee and Deacon for most of the evening and it was actually really cool. Magee got to ask all these questions to the Deathbox generation above him…

Lovely stuff.

Alpine Sports advertising in RAD…possible evidence of an alternative timeline?

Christ. That too.

Loved that board. Lasted ages…

Excellent coverage of the private viewing (and some of the exhibits) up on Thrasher.

Looking like Beats from PJDN there.

Works closed tomorrow due to amber weather warning of wind.

Might lose my fence, but I do get a lie in.

Somehow got tickets to see Green Day play a surprise gig at The Electric Ballroom on Friday. Fucking beyond hyped.
