Kinda stoked in that for the first time ever I had overidden all the things that stopped me in the past to start a portrait painting. Drawn many but never tried painting a portrait, I always thought that if I didnāt have an interesting angle or the right idea then thereās no point even starting. Iām learning alot of about myself and finding ways to just do stuff and stop the many adhd related procrastinating excuses that always stopped me, so just getting on and trying is a BIG step.
I had an idea to use something a bit different and while itās awkward Itās going ok, not as good as I hoped but itās not put me off doing more, I can only get better at honing this technique.

Had to present some project concepts to about ten people yesterday at work. Didnāt have a panic attack. Got a couple of laughs. Actually sort of enjoyed it?
Iāve avoided public speaking as much as possible the last 6 or 7 years and itās been a huge hindrance professionally, so this felt like quite a big step forward. It sort of broke the seal in my brain that it doesnāt need to be this huge thing, itās literally just talking in front of people

Nice! I went to Foppolo with my school. Did 3 days skiing, 3 days snowboarding. Was ace!

I went to Canazei in the Val di Fassa a few years back. Everything was awesome. Hope you enjoy the trip.

Yeah, really enjoyed it last time. Went to Val Di Femme last time which is the next one over, really enjoyed it their., off to Folgaria this time.

Just seen that one of my all time favourite bands, the namesake of my username, Bear vs Shark, are playing 4 UK dates next year for the first time ever.
My absolute bucket list band who I never thought Iād get a chance to see. Stoked is an understatement
